The Big Bend Open Road Race needs about 85 volunteer course workers for the 2008 race. There are a variety of positions that need to be filled. The most popular volunteer job would be 'working' a gate. This involves securing a gate so that no traffic enters the race course at any time during the event. This would have to be the most fun way to see the event as there are no spectator areas.
All course workers receive a free T-shirt and a special 'Course Workers Survival Kit'! If you are interested in being a course worker for the 2008 Big Bend Open Road Race, please fill out the following form or call 1-432-336-3331 ext 239 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. central time.
